The Company has been promoted by Mr. Dilip Kumar Goyal who started his business career in a very modest way in 1984 from a small trading firm named "Goyal Enterprises', which flourished under his proprietorship and was reconstituted as 'ASL Enterprises Ltd.' in 1987. The Company primarily in Iron & Steel trading and operating its own in-house 'Steel Service Center' equipped with Cut-to-length / Slitter lines for Processing H.R. C.R. & G.P. coils, M.S. & P.M. Plates, Angles, Channels and other Long Products and commands a turnover of over Rs.200 crores and having a net worth of over Rs.22 crores and forms the spearhead company of ASL GROUP.

The present customer base of the company is exhaustive and is from all segments as automobile ancillaries, traders, project contractors and direct users.

Director:

Dilip Kumar Goyal, s/o Late Hansraj Goyal, is a dynamic and budding enterpreneur, who has proved his mettle as both a business enterprise as well as social welfare.

He started his business career in a very modest way by forming a small proprietorship firm engaged in iron & steel trading. But now because of his ambition and foresightedness, he is been able to create a multiple business empire of more than Rs.300 Crore from scratch.

Manoj Kumar Agarwal
A young and dynamic personality having 15 years of in depth experience of all India Iron & Steel trade derived from the very grass root level. He is associated with the company right from incorporation and is now acting as an Executive Director looking after day to day affairs of the company.

Ankit Goyal
A young M.Sc graduate, son of the chairman, is the new induction on the Board of Directors looking after day to day affairs of all the group companies, giving his valuable advice and suggestion in preparing the company to face challenges to come in future and trying to lead the company to the helm of the trade.
